We sold our home in December of 2004, opted for a long closing and thought we had plenty of time to find a new home. We worked with several agents to no avail. They showed us homes that did not fit our requests. Feeling frustrated we attended weekend open houses. One weekend we met Howard Biderman. We knew within minutes that he had the qualities we were needing in an agent. He listened carefully to our requirements and immediately got to work. Howard was in contact with us almost daily, keeping us informed and updated on each house coming up on the market. He was familiar with each and every home he showed us, having researched the homes attributes with our wish list. Howard spent hours, days and literally weeks searching for our new home. He never gave up event though we were out bid and turned down several times with offers. Our frustration level was growing over time, but Howard continued to encourage us, telling us not to panic. Home after home we looked at. Finally a home came up, Howard initiated a first day on the market viewing for us, we put in our offer and our new home was purchased. Howard is to be commended for his diligent work. He worked late into the night, past 10pm for us several times. He never gave up, even though were ready to. We have a great deal of respect for Howard’s tenacity, professionalism, encouragement and expertise. We can’t wait to move into our new home.

As we are approaching the closing of our house purchase on March 30, my wife and I were discussing our experience, and we wanted you to know how happy we were with the representation provided to us by Howard Biderman.
